Warranty

InfiniteSolutions warrants that the Software as a Service provided will perform substantially in accordance with the features and functionality described in the accompanying documentation for the duration of your subscription .

1.You use the Service in accordance with the accompanying documentation and these Terms.The Service has not been modified or altered by anyone other than the Provider.

2. Exclusions from WarrantyThis warranty does not cover:

Issues caused by factors outside the Provider's reasonable control, such as internet connectivity, third-party software, or hardware issues.Use of the Service in a manner not in accordance with the documentation or these Terms.Any service or feature not explicitly included in the Service description or as agreed upon in writing.

3. If the Service fails to conform to the warranty during the Warranty Period, Provider will, at its option:

Repair the Service to conform to the warranty;Replace the non-conforming Service with equivalent functionality; orIf neither repair nor replacement is feasible within a reasonable time, terminate the subscription and refund the fee for the unused portion of the subscription period.

3.2 Limitation: This remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

The use or inability to use the Service;The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services;Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.

Disclaimer of WarrantiesExcept as explicitly stated in this Warranty, Provider disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Governing LawThis Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
